What we collect
- Account: your email address and an account id, from the sign-in service.
- Resumes: files you upload and the text extracted from them, or text you paste.
- Job postings: the posting you ask the extension to capture or that you paste: title, company, location, salary, description and link.
- Results: comparison scores, evidence quotes and the status you set for each job.
- Usage: monthly counts of comparisons, and the last time an extension token was used.
- Billing: plan and Stripe customer id. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
What we do not collect
The extension reads a job page only when you open the side panel and ask it to. It does not read your browsing history, other tabs, cookies or pages outside the supported job sites.
How we use it
To score postings against your resumes, show your dashboard, and run your subscription. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models. See data use for the processors involved.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it. You can delete everything from data deletion. Paid plans must be cancelled first.
