The extension says it cannot read the page

Job sites change their markup. Use the paste option in the side panel and include the full description. Tell us the site and the URL so we can fix the reader.

Why did my score not change after I edited my resume?

A comparison is stored per resume version. Upload the edit as a new version of the resume, then score the job again.

I hit my monthly limit

Allowances reset on the first of each UTC month. You can upgrade on the pricing page.

Change or cancel my plan

Use the billing portal from your account.
